These terms apply when you buy data bundles from Mr Mugabe Bundles ("we", "us") on mrmugabe.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Mr Mugabe Bundles is an independent data bundle reseller based in Kampala, Uganda. We are not a mobile network and are not affiliated with MTN, Airtel, Lyca or any other network.

2. Ordering

• You are responsible for entering the correct phone number to receive the bundle. Please check it before you pay.
• Prices and available bundles are shown on the site and can change. You pay the price shown when you order.
• Some bundles only work on certain numbers or networks. Where we know of a limit, the site tells you before you order.

3. Payment

Payment is by Mobile Money. We send your bundle once your payment is confirmed.

4. Delivery

Most orders are loaded within 30 minutes. Orders are handled every day from 7:00 am to midnight (East Africa Time). Orders placed outside these hours, and scheduled or weekend bundles, are delivered at the time shown when you order. Delays on the mobile network's side are outside our control.

5. Failed orders and refunds

• If a bundle cannot be delivered, we first retry the delivery.
• If it still fails, we refund the full amount to the Mobile Money number you paid from, within 24 hours.
• We cannot refund a bundle that was delivered to a wrong number that you entered. Contact us straight away and we will help where we can.
• Once a bundle has been delivered, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

6. Buying on credit

Some customers can order on credit and pay later. Credit is offered at our discretion, and you agree to repay the amount shown in your credit account.

7. Liability

Our responsibility for any order is limited to delivering the bundle you paid for or refunding what you paid. How a network runs its bundles, including speeds, coverage and expiry, is the network's responsibility.
